For Discord servers
The AI support bot for Discord servers
Relayn answers the questions your members ask in Discord, using your docs and everything your moderators have answered before. It works in the channels you pick, stays out of the way everywhere else, and gets smarter every time your team replies.
Start freeWhat Discord admins ask before adding a bot
Will it reply to every message?
No. Relayn only works in the channels you select in the dashboard. It tells real questions apart from chat and spam, answers the ones it can back up with your knowledge base, and stays quiet on the rest.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It doesn't guess. It marks the question with 👀 so your team sees it, and when a moderator replies, that answer becomes knowledge for next time.
How does it know who the moderators are?
You choose the trusted roles. Messages from people with those roles are treated as expert answers to learn from, not as questions to answer.
Does it work with our ticket bot?
Yes. Relayn reads the ticket channels your ticket bot opens, answers first when it can, and hands off to your team when it can't. Resolved tickets can become knowledge too.
Do we have to write a FAQ first?
No. Upload docs, PDFs or a docs site if you have them, and import past channel history so Relayn starts from what your team has already answered.
Can members rate the answers?
Every answer gets 👍 and 👎 reactions, and the dashboard shows accuracy, unanswered questions and what your community asks most.

Discord support bot FAQ
Is Relayn free for Discord?
Yes, there is a free plan with monthly AI credits; one answer costs one credit. Pro ($20/mo) and Team ($50/mo) add more credits, unlimited channels and AI analytics.
Does Relayn need admin permissions?
No. It asks only to view channels, read message history, send messages, embed links and add reactions.
Can I use the same bot for Discord and Telegram?
Yes. Both platforms connect to one workspace with one knowledge base, so what Relayn learns on Discord it can answer on Telegram, and the other way around.
Can I see what the bot answered?
Yes. Every answer, its rating and every question the bot flagged for your team is in the dashboard, so you can check its work and fill gaps in the knowledge base.
