Relayn Now Works in Telegram: One AI Community Manager for Discord and Telegram

Your community lives in more than one place
Most communities we talk to do not live on one platform. The core team hangs out in Discord, while announcements, the larger crowd, and half the support questions sit in a Telegram group. Until today, Relayn could only help with the first half.
Starting today, Relayn works in Telegram. Connect a group to your workspace, and the same AI community manager that answers in your Discord server answers there too. It uses the same knowledge base and the same learned answers, and both platforms show up in one dashboard.

What Relayn does in a Telegram group
Answers questions, around the clock
Relayn reads the conversation, spots real questions, and answers them from your docs, Notion pages, PDFs, and everything it has learned from your team. It replies in the member's own language and stays quiet when a question is not for it.
Understands forum topics
If your group uses topics, Relayn treats each topic like a channel. Choose which topics it watches, and it answers inside the topic where the question was asked, so the "Support" topic gets support and "Off-topic" is left alone.
Learns from your admins
Group admins are trusted automatically. To trust someone else, an admin replies /expert to one of their messages. Relayn does not jump in when trusted people are talking. It learns from how they answer, so the next time the same question comes up, it already knows.
Starts with your history, not from zero
Export your chat from Telegram Desktop and import it. Past Q&A from the group becomes knowledge, and posts from your announcement channel go straight into the calendar. Relayn is useful on day one.
Keeps announcements in context
Add your Telegram announcement channel by link. New posts become knowledge, so members asking "when does the mint start?" get the answer from your latest announcement. Events land in the shared calendar.

One workspace, two platforms
Telegram is not a separate product. It is a second platform on the same workspace:
- One knowledge base. Anything you add, or anything Relayn learns in Discord, is available in Telegram, and the other way around.
- One credit balance. An answer costs the same on either platform.
- One dashboard. Overview, replies, Auto Learning, and the weekly report show both platforms together, with an All / Discord / Telegram switch when you want to look at one of them.

Set it up in three steps
- In your Relayn dashboard, click Connect Telegram to get a one-time code. It is valid for 15 minutes.
- Add the Relayn bot to your group and make it an admin, so it can read the conversation.
- A group admin sends /connect with the code in the group. That's it.
New to Relayn? You can now start with Telegram only. Onboarding asks which platform to connect first, and Discord can wait until you need it.
